Abstract The article target is to present the innovative universal digital studying book structure and its application experience for multilevel by the quality of language competencies group students of Higher Technical School on the level LSP under the condition of autonomous learning activity actualization with the use of the South Federal University informational digital port Incampus in the system of blended learning. New methodical ways of studying material organization for innovative universal digital studying book composing as «blank unit», «open book» and their place in the blended learning system are considered in the article.
