Abstract The paper describes the problem of information perception by means of visual thinking, gives the analysis of interiorization and reproduction processes of the earlier obtained information, differentiates the concepts such as “information visualization” and “knowledge visualization”. Studying of mental processes, such as thinking, memory, perception, as well as features of course of the given processes allows to consider visualization processes in training as visualization of the educational information allows to solve a lot of pedagogical problems, namely, maintenance of an intensification of training, activization of educational and cognitive activity, formation and progress of critical and visual thinking, visual perception, figurative concept of knowledge and studies-th of actions, transfers of knowledge and recognition of images, increases visual is competency also visual culture. Having analyzed the methods of information visual structuring the paper writer comes to the conclusion that the visual thinking makes it possible to brisk up educational and cognitive activities, intensifies the learning processes, forms and develops critical thinking of students.
