Abstract Experimental results of bistatic forces model of a typical underwater objectives, presented in the form of the multielement object, in the conditions of hydroacoustic basin for various kinds of probing signals and coherent data processing. Are described in detail scheme of the experimental study, the overall view of the swimming pool, the scheme of electronic measurements. It is shown that the sum of the equivalent radius of the objectives in comparison with the monostatic regime is reduced to 6 dB at increasing the bistatic angle of up to 90 deg., and the projection of echo-portrait in a longitudinal axis objective is compressed and when bistatic angle of 90 degrees is reduced by half compared with the projection for monostatic regime at similar angles of radiation.
