Abstract The patterns of macro-process (kinetics) of acoustic coagulation of the fine aerosols in an acoustic field are considered of flow fields of industrial aerosols in an acoustic field to their intensive coagulation is shown. Exponential change in number density of particles of industrial fumes occurring under the influence of a powerful acoustic field is shown theoretically and experimentally. Experimentally drived regression equation for smoke of steel production is given. Acoustic deposition of smoke depends on a combination of various parameters such as sound intensity, concentration of aerosol time scoring, temperature dust and gas flow. The solution for changing the deposition of the diffusion flux of nanoparticles through the acoustic and hydrodynamic boundary layers is obtained. An acoustic field intensifies the process of deposition of nanoscale aerosols.
