Abstract Mathematical modeling of advance of water in branching capillary systems is carried out. The ratios, allowing to model distribution of ascending current of water in vascular system of plants different habitus are received. It is established that existence of many-tier lateral branches allows water to rise in the central vertical capillary by big height, than at their absence. Thus height of rising of water in a vertical capillary doesn"t depend on a form of branches. The absolute size of advance of water in curvilinear capillaries other things being equal always is more, than in the rectilinear. It is shown that the specific appearance of a plant gain thanks to existence of capillary system.
