Abstract The mathematical model of experiment by determination of parameters of the aerodynamic forces operating on absolutely firm plate, rigidly attached to an elastic core is constructed. The core is rigidly jammed on the motionless basis. The hybrid system is placed in a stream of air which influences only a plate, the core is bent in one plane. The idea of a method of construction of the decision of a task used in work consists in data of the initial equation of equilibrium of Kirchhoff to system of the equations of lower order with the corresponding function of Hamilton type. Function of Hamilton in the subsequent is exposed to normalization in a certain number of members that leads to integrated system.
