Abstract In this article the problems of improvement of quality of coding of moving images are researched when saving the set speed of transmission of a video stream and a speed reduction of transmission of moving images without deterioration of their quality standards. Authors mark that use of existing standards of video compression of low level mathematical models appears limited as in them information that is relevant in relation to the solving task is not derived from images. Giving examples of special filtration whith planimetric methods ,subsequent description of a contour and coding of an intra outline image and contour parameters. By the results of the carried-out researches a scoring form its application and the factors complicating the solution of the task of a special filtration of the image of the head of the person are showed. Authors do outputs that the task of spacial filtering of the head of the subscriber saves the urgency for the reason that its decision will allow to increase more efficiency of coding of moving images in video conferencing systems.
