Abstract The paper reports on dynamic model of optimal biological resource exploitation with taxation and economic corruption in application to homogenous isolated fish population. The dependence of tax bribes on tax and bribe sensitiveness is considered. The function of optimal man-made dynamics of the local fish population with dependence on the beforehand defined number of the fish biomass on the end of hierarchical exploitation period i.e. sustainable development condition is built. Recommendations for decreasing of the corruption factors influence are given. A game theory model of this problem is proposed to consider.
