Abstract At the present time interest in adaptive mobile robot has grown. Their scope is very broad and diverse, underwater and space researches, military industry, rescue operations and repair work in extreme conditions. In most cases it used where the human presence is impossible or associated with danger to life and health. Of course, mobile robots have been used previously, but they navigate as a rule been realized through traditional automated control systems. The failure of one of the elements of this system often leads to failure of the entire system and it vitality was reach by doubling elements and subsystems. The construction of a bionic control system of adaptive mobile robot based on neural network with formal logical neurons can increase the survivability of neural network control system and carry out the task of navigation, even when much of the elements of the control system out of action.
