Abstract This article is devoted to the design of a new complex additive and studying of its influence on the properties of fine-grained concrete. Also, the article contains the facts of the previous studies of effects of domestic superplasticizers keeping the mobility of fine-grained concrete mixtures and dynamic of hardening plasticized fine concrete. For keeping the mobility of analyzed fine concrete was used a domestic superplasticizer “Himcom F1”. It showed better performance compared to other popular superplasticizers. To improve the microstructure of concrete high reactivity metakaolin fume was used. The experiment showed the increasing of strength, water- and frost-resistance. To increase the water- and frost-resistance more were studied two of domestic water-repellents “Sofexil 40” and “Sofexil 60-80”. According the result of experiment “Sofexil 40” effects on the properties of fine-concrete for hydraulic engineering better than “Sofexil 60–80”. The water-repellent “Sofexil 40” needs to be dissolved in the water before. Finally, the article includes the results of the experimental select of the optimal composition of the fine hydraulic concrete with specified properties.
