Abstract The purpose of the work - the reception of fireproof compositions for wooden building constructions, based on the phosphates of two- or three- valence metals, which are stable to storage, effective, economic and ecologically safe. It is established that fireproof effectivity of synthesized dispersions depends on the metal nature and components interrelation in the composition. So, the highest indexes of fireproof effectivity have the product of synthesis, based on the aluminium phosphates, which representing an admixture of the X-ray amorphic product, crystal phosphate of aluminium-ammonium (NH4)3Al5H6(PO4)8·18H2O and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate. By chemical analysis it is proved that the total maintenance of the ammonium dihydrogen phosphate in a product of synthesis, based on the aluminium compounds, is about 50 %. By comparative researches the fireproof effectivity of the fluid and disperse components of the synthesis product with molar interrelation P2O5:Al2O3=8,2:1 it was established that ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, being in the part of solution dispersion, leads the insignificant contribution to its fireproof properties. It is simultaneously shown that this dispersion characterized by high fireproof properties, stability to storage, uniformity and strength of the coating, good adhesion to wood, and also economically competitiveness.
