Abstract Model building problems in a subject related field, linked with measurements, are described; an extra valuable importance and a high necessity of model building issues in Measurement Science are acknowledged. Measurement results specification as data of non-numeral structure with an indefinite interval and omitted probability value are defined. A new method of functional dependence recovery processing, based on theoretical causes of the model and data of planned physical experiences are presented. The method is highly recommended for practical tasks to determine functional dependence.
