|Abstract||In the present article describes the design stage of the research radar units (RТU), characterized by the complexity of the analysis of design models and devices, and allows you to design solutions to improve the quality and reliability of the product. RТU determine the specifics of design environmental conditions and features of products, among which a special place is occupied by the mechanical action - strikes, vibration, acceleration and sound pressure. The coincidence of their own resonant frequencies of the device with the frequency of forced vibration during its operation leads to a resonance effect in the design of the RTU, which in turn causes the crashes, and even failures. To avoid this, you need to predict the occurrence of mechanical processes in the construction of the RRU, the main of which is the process of elastic deformation. Developed a software system "Solo-Mid" is designed to handle primary data obtained in the course of a practical experiment to study the process of mechanical stress on the rod and plate design RТU. The application submitted by a software system allows visualization of the primary information that can significantly improve the analysis of the prototype at the RТU resistance to external mechanical influences.|
