Abstract In the paper we present an approach to the design and construction of adaptive control system for flow of documents (ADSFD) for manufacturing plant. The structure of ADSFD based on the analysis of enterprise state information model. ADSFD design was performed as solving of two major problems: (i) defining of module structure and (ii) defining of forward- and feedbacks between them. The ADSFD Requirements worked out on the basis of technical information model of enterprise. In order to detect the document flow and their information capacity and repeatability up to the closure of the issue, we have been developed charts of evolution the informational documents. The common adaptive algorithm of ADSFD are also formed. The proposed approach allows us to create specialized document flow control system at a manufacturing plant.
