Abstract Considered 120 GHz up conversion mixer based on Gilbert cell on 0,13 um SiGe technology. For convert a single-ended local oscillator signal to a differential and a differential output signal to a single-ended were used Marshand`s baluns. Input and output of baluns match to 50 ohms resistance. For filter the output signal used a bandpass LC circuit, which an inductance is microstrip transmission line, capacitor is the output capacitance of transistors. Conversion gain is 2,2 dB, 1 dB output compression point is – 5 dBm at 6 dBm LO power. The consumption is 16,4 mA at a supply voltage 3,3 V.
