Abstract The work associated with the problem of synthesis of the information models for behavior of groups of biomedical autonomous intelligent agents and machine learning methods for ensuring the improvement of the reliability prediction of their behavior with the means of multi-agent systems based on the bionic principles, methods and models of swarm intelligence. The developed multi-agent system simulates the behavior of groups of autonomous intelligent agents by means of developed technique, meeting the proposed reliability criteria, differing in the structure formed by the system and a developed set of specialized agents, which provides opportunities for modeling biomedical swarm robotics system on autonomous intelligent agents.
