Abstract The requirements shown to accuracy of measurement of parameters of an impedance on a surface of a body from a position of visualization of spatial distribution of an elektroprovodnost of internal fabrics and bodies are formulated. The major factors limiting accuracy of measurement of an impedance are allocated and their interrelation with a resultant error of measurements is established. The mark of extremely achievable accuracy of measurement of an impedance is received by a correlation method and the optimum parameters of measuring system providing its achievement are defined. The way of the accounting of a nestatsionarnost of an impedance by means of smoothing windows of the polinomialny sliding average is offered, allowing in addition to increase accuracy of measurement of an impedance.
