Abstract The biotechnical system for the functional haemodynamic tests realizing a technique with dosed compression influence on the local sites of a body and the analysis of a volume changes in vessels is presented. Development is based on the model of superposition of a haemolimphatic occupacy of vessels taking into account modulating influence of endogenous factors on a pulsing haemolimphatic flow. The choice of the constant levels of pressure provides unchanged function of vessels pressure in which exceeds influence, and an exception of other vessels function state. The system provides assignment, registration and the spectral analysis of the signals reflecting changes in system of vessels. It is given an example with results of the spectral analysis in tests.
